We offer a 24-month warranty on all instruments purchased from our website, covering free re-tuning, adhesive repairs, and re-nitriding coloration. Please note that the shipping costs are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

Conditions for Warranty:

• Separation of the handpan’s shells due to unknown reasons
• Tune drifts due to normal play
• Deviation in tuning during transportation
• Discoloration due to lack of maintenance
• Reasonable needs for minor repairs that do not require opening the instrument

◆ Special Exchange Service ◆

If within 12 months from the date of purchase, you wish to exchange your instrument for a new one, we offer this service at a discounted price. Eligibility for exchange is at Handpanuni's discretion, and specific pricing depends on the scale, style, and condition of the instrument. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new product.

Friendly Reminder:

• Extended playtime or environmental factors may cause slight detuning, usually self-correcting over time. Thus proper maintenance is the key to prolonging the lifespan of your handpan.
• If your handpan is damaged due to dents or falls from shoulder or waist height, we can usually repair it. However, if it falls from the height of a building or a moving vehicle, we recommend exchange for a new one at a discounted price.
• There may be reasonable delays in repairs and services.
