Enjoy FREE global express delivery! We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DPD, EMS, and DHL to safely deliver handpans to destinations worldwide. We handle your handpan with extra care, wrapping each instrument in special foam to provide cushioning and protection during shipping.
● Estimated Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies by region, typically delivery time is 4-12 days.
● Accuracy of Shipping Address:
We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Please double check your shipping address before ordering. If corrections are needed, please contact us promptly before shipping as we cannot modify the address after shipping.
Please note that we are UNABLE to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We will contact you to obtain an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
● Dispatch of Products:
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Customized products may take over 2 weeks for production. We'll provide a precise dispatch time upon ordering.
● Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking information via email so you can stay updated on its journey right to your doorstep! You can also track your order here.
● Customs Duties and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Failure to promptly clear customs may result in parcel return without refund.
● Warm Reminder:
We are unable to accept orders from Australia for wooden products (such as wooden stands) due to customs restrictions on plant products. Gifts sent to Australia will not contain wooden products (like mallets). We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
