Really satisfied with this handpan! The quality is exceptional and the sounds that it generates are wonderful. Yoi can feel there's a lot of hours technique but also love been put into this handpan. The set is complete as you can see through the pictures. it took a while to reach destination but i am happy i decided to wait. Really worthwhile. Also good fun to see the little kids learning how to play music intuitive!

SO! A little bit to say about this product.. It just came in yesterday (nearly a whole week early from the date estimated which was awesome), and I've already fallen in love with it. It has a beautiful sound. Now, when I originally ordered I accidentally ordered the wrong one, but there were no issues to get the order fixed before it shipped and they did so quickly. And no problem either to get the money back since the original order costed a little more. All in all I am hella satisfied. For this being the first one I've played/bought, I thought that I'd have to spend crazy money just to play one of these beauties. The one I have is the 1ST Gold 10 Notes 440Hz. PS: I've already learned how to play Saria's Song from Legend of Zelda <3 ooo I'm gonna have so much fun playing

All notes are tuned correctly and it sounds great. I was also a little worried about the engraving affecting the tune or wearing on my fingers as I play, but neither of these are a problem. Comes with a nice carry/storage bag, stand, and mallets you should throw away when you get them because hard hits with those will make the drum go out of tune. Comes well packages in a large box, completely protected by styrofoam on the inside. Feel like I made a good choice getting this handpan.

Handpanuni is a great up and coming company in the music industry. I was nervous like most to purchase one of their handpans. My fears are quelled as my handpan is here and sounds phenomenal. It's well built. The resonance is high quality and it's takes such a light finger touch to bring out its sound. I know there is some reviews saying they came in out of tune, mine did not. However shipping accidents happen and I hope my review can help put someone mind at ease with that. Plus company seems to be ontop of helping anyone who had shipping damage.

Very good handpan for me. As a novice, I chose a D minor style, but their expertise is clear. The packaging was excellent, and it arrived quickly.

The drum is beautiful. I got it for my husband and it arrived super fast! We are not a profesionals. Just learning and playing for our own pleasure. The sound it creates is very calming and I would even say cleansing the energy around if you are into energetic/spiritual things. I worried if our cats would be ok with the frequencies and the tones. But they love it, they come around and enjoy it as much as we do. Thank you!
